Terms of Sale, Refund & Return Policy

Let’s keep this section completely transparent. We provide high-end digital marketing services, custom web & platform development, and instant-access digital products. Because everything we do is invisible to the physical touch but heavily intensive in intellectual labor, our return policy is incredibly straightforward.

1. Digital & Retainer Services (Web Dev, SEO, Paid Media)

When you hire us for digital marketing, social media management, app development, or content marketing, you are purchasing our elite engineering hours, strategic minds, and dedicated execution blocks.

  • No Un-reading, No Un-coding: You cannot “un-see” a comprehensive marketing strategy we spent weeks researching. We cannot claw back the hours our developers spent writing clean, modular code for your platform.
  • The Policy: All payments made for setup fees, monthly retainers, or completed project milestones are completely non-refundable. If you decide to cancel a project mid-milestone, you are still liable for the work completed up to that exact hour.

2. Online Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

We sell digital assets, marketing templates, guides, and software plug-ins that are delivered online instantly upon payment.

  • Instant Ownership = No Takebacks: The second your payment goes through, a download link or access token is delivered to your inbox. Because you cannot physically “return” a zip file, a line of code, or a PDF from your hard drive, all sales of online digital products are strictly final.
  • No Buyer’s Remorse Refunds: We highly recommend reading the product descriptions, feature lists, and system requirements thoroughly before hitting the “Pay Now” button. “I bought this by mistake” or “I didn’t think it would look like this” are not valid reasons for a refund.

3. The “Broken Links & Bad Pixels” Exception

We are professionals, and we take pride in our digital craftsmanship. If you purchase an online product from us and encounter a genuine technical flaw:

  • The download file is corrupted.
  • The secure access link fails to generate.
  • The platform glitched and charged you twice for a single item.

Do not panic. We aren’t monsters. Reach out to our team within 48 hours of your purchase with your transaction receipt. Our small, high-focus team will dive in, manually fix the link, replace the corrupted asset, or reverse any accidental double charges immediately.

4. Chargeback Abuse

If you attempt to bypass this policy by filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for a digital product you successfully downloaded, we will immediately black-list your company email, revoke access to all future product updates, and hand over our system logs (proving download timestamps and IP verification) to your bank to dispute the claim. Let’s keep things honest.
